We’re hiring for the role of Customer Support Specialist to support our operations team.

This is a 40 hours per week position based virtually (work from home) based in Kansas City.

You will work with our team virtually Monday-Friday from 8-5 CST with some flexibility.

You must be:

Some of your responsibilities include:

Customer Service & Admin

  • Inbox management

  • Answer customer support questions

  • Point person on podcast and other sponsored content communication

  • Field collaboration opportunities

  • Manage calendar and events for both personal and business

Manage Facebook Communities

  • Admit people into groups

  • Welcome new members

  • Answer questions and point people to solutions found inside our programs and free resources

  • Create engaging content and manage comments

  • Manage student content

  • Organize and upload member trainings

  • Upload member resources including call recordings and documents

  • Insure all content is up to date

  • Manage guest experts and schedule events

Increase retention of paid students

  • Encourage member involvement

  • Keep members up to date on upcoming events and material

  • Survey former members

  • Develop a plan and analyze member churn and opportunities for improvement

  • Help members get their quick win

Decrease refund rate of new purchases

  • Surprise and delight customers

  • Identify and analyze refund trends to find areas of improvement

  • Encourage customer reviews and testimonies

Pay and benefits:

  • Hourly pay to commensurate with experience.
