4 Days to Sexy Systems: Get Your Shiz Together, Learn How to Prioritize Better and See Results

Episode 104: Show Notes

Today we are talking about the thing that we have created to help you get more organized, get your hot mess systems in gear and sort out what you need to be thinking about, asking yourself and doing if you truly want to have a productive work day and system to get more done in your business (yes, that was a mouthful). You might think that we’re going to come in here and just talk to you just about Trello for Business, which is incredible. But what we’ve noticed is that some of y’all that enroll in that amazing program still feel overwhelmed and you don’t know how to get all the shit you have right now into Trello in an organized manner. Well, we are here to help you avoid getting stressed out and overwhelmed in the process.

We made something for you. We could have recorded more content for the course, which we would have done, BUT we decided to do it a little differently. We put together a challenge for y’all to get your booty in gear, get yourself organized, have a plan in place, get your life in order, and plan for profit, plus then a system to keep it going over the long haul. Best yet, it’s FREE! You’re welcome. Our 4 Days To Sexy Systems is coming to you on September 5th.

Why Four Days To Sexy Systems?

We are going to be hanging out with you over the course of four days and really truly giving you a different outlook on your current systems. We’ll be figuring out what you need to be doing to establish sexy systems and keep them that way, so getting you organized right off the bat. We’ll start gathering all of the things that you have scattered everywhere, figuring out the best way to make them live inside Trello or the project management system you use. If you’re never ever going to want to hop on the Trello train that’s okay because some of the foundations, most of them, are really similar. We are getting you prioritizing in a better way so you can see profit faster.

How To Manage It All

Day 2 is probably going to be our favorite day. It’s going to be the hardest day, but it answers the questions that we get asked most often and they are all about how we get so much done and how we get our strategies and launches to grow even bigger and better. We had to create the space for them to happen first. We had to plan for them to happen, we had to do the things in our business that needed to be done every single day, the nitty gritty, while leaving space to plan for bigger and better things. It’s that methodology and way of looking at things that we use to get things to get things done. That’s what makes the difference, and is the reason that TCC has been able to do so much in such a short amount of time.

Figuring Out Your Financials

You need to be setting a financial goal that you’re working toward. We’re talking to you based on the financial goals you want to set and what you need to do to get there. We’re going to teach you how to do it now and then you’re going to do it again in a couple of months. This is something that is very cyclical in your business — you constantly have to be looking at where you want to be going and what you want to be accomplishing. Then we’re going to help you prioritize those things so that you can see through the mess so that tackling these things is not so freaking overwhelming. Do it with us so you can be held accountable and you can begin to look at this year differently and go into 2018 differently.

Being Intentional

You know we like sustainability. We’ve talked about sustainable income and business practices. We want you to get to the point where you’re doing things so consistently that it just becomes innate. It’s a part of you, you just do it because you know no other way at this point. For us, Trello has become that. We can barely remember life pre-Trello. How on earth did we get anything done? If you look at the things happening on our different platforms you’ll realize that we’ve become more intentional and the only reason we’ve been able to do that is because we’ve planned it. We were only able to plan it because we had a system in place. You need to be intentional with your planning in order to be sustainable and grow your business and you can't do that without a system.

Getting Your Head Out Of The Clouds

On Day 3 we’re figuring out how to get our heads out of the clouds and look at what we can actually accomplish this week. What are things you need to be looking at over the next 5 days that are going to help you achieve those big, dreamy, lofty goals? So often business owners are using systems where they’re constantly looking at both their bigger picture items and their day-to-day so they feel overwhelmed. They’re seeing the running checklist of everything they've ever wanted to do in their business and they feel like they just can’t get to it. It puts you into overwhelm and it freezes you. It’s those habits and those thoughts that really prevent you from moving forward. If you’re constantly just doing the things that are keeping your business afloat, that’s all you’re ever going to have. It’s not going to grow, it’s just going to be maintained. Day 2 is part of figuring out the big dreams and planning for them to happen. Rolling into Day 3, you’ll shift your focus to this week and this week only. We want you to get it done.

The cool part about it is we’re not just looking at this laundry list of things.

Never Be a Hot Mess Again!

We’re wrapping up the challenge on Day 4 with how to never, ever, ever be a hot mess again. The most important piece about this entire process is how realistically you can keep it up and what other pieces in your business need to be treated the same way. We don’t want you to end up kind of organized here in what you’re planning and what you’re doing but a hot mess when it comes to your content calendar or your onboarding process, or taking new pictures and uploading new products to your shop. Every process needs a re-frame. We talk about how you can ask yourself how to identify those holes in your business so you can see them before they catastrophically damage your productivity. We tell you how to tweak them and make them better and what you should be implementing and asking yourself so that you never end up back in this spot again. It’s really easy to get a new system set up in a half-ass way, but the real challenge is staying consistent with your system so that you can get exponentially bigger and better than before.

The Setup

What you’re going to do is you’re going to head to our website and you’re going to sign up. You’ll get a fancy little email in your inbox that’s going to say you’re confirmed and it’s going to give you all the instructions for how this week is going to go down. Just so you have the lay of the land, what you need to be planning for in advance is this: you’re going to receive a workbook, you’re going to go through some prompts and questions and you’re going to pop your answers in the Facebook group. That should take you no more than 10 minutes a day, if that. On top of that, the lesson are videos. There are four videos that you’ll go through during the four days of the challenge and in those videos, we’ll walk you through everything you know behind the scenes. If you have questions, we’ll be in the Facebook group to answer them Live. By the end of the four days, you’re going to be good to go. You’re also going to get an opportunity to win a scholarship for our program, Rock Your Biz, which is launching on September 12th. Fill out your workbook every day and email it in on the last day to be entered.

The Masterclass

After the challenge, once you’ve submitted your workbook and shown up to the support sessions, it’s still going to feel like you’re teetering on the edge of never paying any attention to this stuff again because you still have some questions. We’re having a free masterclass on September 12th at noon, lunch break booty shake if you will, called Goal Crusher. We help you create a foolproof plan so that you can literally conquer anything. This is the framework that we rely on to push out as much content as we do, even though we have lives, to be able to show it to our audience even though we have a shit ton of stuff happening. We’re super excited to go over more in-depth strategies of how to look at the stuff that you’re doing in your business, the stuff you can streamline and some hacks to make it all go a little bit faster, especially on the go.
